Fundraising Policy
The association raises funds only through official, licensed channels after obtaining the National Center's permit; it documents all donations, spends them on their designated purposes, complies with anti–money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing controls, and discloses proceeds and their uses.
Beneficiary Relationship Policy
The association provides its services under fair, published criteria without discrimination, informs beneficiaries of their rights and duties, keeps their data confidential, offers a channel for complaints and suggestions, and measures satisfaction to improve services.
Volunteer Management Framework
The association recruits and registers volunteers through the National Volunteer Platform, informs them of their tasks and rights, provides a safe environment and suitable training, documents volunteer hours, issues certificates, measures impact, and safeguards their data.
Conflict of Interest Policy
General Assembly members, board members, staff, and volunteers must disclose in advance any interest that conflicts with the association's interest, abstain from voting on the matter of conflict, and never use their position or the association's information for personal gain.
Whistleblowing & Protection Policy
The association provides safe, confidential channels to report violations, protects good-faith whistleblowers from any retaliation, and investigates reports fairly, impartially, within a defined timeframe, and with documentation.
Data Privacy Policy
The association collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes with the owners' consent, uses it only for the authorized purpose, secures it with appropriate measures, enables data subjects to exercise their rights, and retains it only as long as needed before secure disposal — in line with the Personal Data Protection Law.
Document Retention & Disposal Policy
The association classifies and retains its documents for the statutory periods (statutory and founding documents permanently; financial records for at least ten years), does not destroy any document before its period ends, and carries out disposal under a documented record.
These are summaries for publication; full versions are approved by the Board (and some by the General Assembly) and are available on request.
