This chart reflects the sequence set out in the bylaws: General Assembly, then Board of Directors, then the Executive Officer. Committees are formed by the Board and operate under executive supervision. The “CFO” and “Internal Audit” were added per governance-standard requirements and can be adjusted as approved by the Board.
